How do I reset my password?

If you know your current password, open your profile and go to Settings, then choose Change Password and enter your current password and a new one. If you've forgotten your password, tap or click Forgot Password on the sign-in screen and enter the email address on your account — we'll send you a password reset link by email.

How do I delete my account or activity data?

Open your account Settings, then choose one of the following:

Open your video on your profile and open the three-dot menu. Two options appear:

How do I report content or block a user?

For any report, choose a reason and tap Submit Report. Our moderation team reviews every report.

My video is stuck processing — what's happening?

Videos go through transcoding after upload, which can take a few minutes for short clips and up to 30 minutes for longer videos depending on size and current load. If it's still processing well past an hour, try deleting the video and uploading it again — most stuck uploads resolve themselves on a fresh attempt.

How do I appeal a moderation decision?

If a video, comment, or your account was actioned by moderation, you'll see a Submit Appeal option on the related notification or restriction screen. Tap it to send your appeal directly to our moderation team — that's the fastest way to get a review.

How do I turn off notifications?

You can also adjust per-category notifications inside the app under Settings.

What is Adventure Connect?

Adventure Connect is our in-person meetup feature where users 18 and older can create or join real-world outdoor adventures. The age confirmation prompt appears the first time you tap Create Adventure or Join Adventure. Minors may attend in person when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
